1. Anti-Islam film seen as reason for attacks on Americans in Libya, Iran, Iraq and Yemen
* A low budget movie 'Innocence of Muslims' is being reported as one of the reasons why an American diplomat Chris Stevens and three other US Consulate staff were killed in Libya. The film allegedly makes fun of the Prophet Mohammed.
* According to CNN, the attacks were the actions of a fringe terror group believed to be loosely linked to Al Qaeda.
* As of this morning, four people have been arrested in the Libyan attack.
1. Make sure you are able to vote on Nov. 6th
* NYC Board of Elections
* Must be 18 years or older
* Be a US citizen (Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands)
* A NY resident for at least 30 days
* Not be serving a jail sentence or released on a felony conviction
* Not be found mentally incompetent by a court of law * Must not have an identification from another state
1. New Yorkers for Beverage Choice -- Looking to bring a lawsuit against the city in address of Mayor Bloomberg's requirement that soft drinks sold at entertainment venues will be no larger than 16 ounces. - The law was approved by the Board of Health and will go into effect in March 2013.
1. Car arson alarms Harlem SUV owners
* Between 140th and 150th Streets from Malcolm X to Edgecombe Ave. at least 6 SUV's have been torched. Investigators are unsure who is responsible and why.
