Eight law enforcement officers from three agencies in Kitsap County are on paid administrative leave after a shooting involving a naked gunman on a sailboat on Bainbridge Island's Eagle Harbor.Police responded to Eagle Harbor after multiple reports that a man on a sailboat was firing shots at homes along the shoreline from a sailboat.
Washington State Patrol, which is investigating the incident with the Kitsap County Response Team, released helicopter video of the incident that shows the intense moments when officers tried to get the sailboat owner, Robert Yeiser, to surrender.
